Refunds and Fulfillment of Service Policy

At LivForr, our commitment to your well-being and satisfaction is paramount. We understand that sometimes, plans change, and adjustments are needed. Our Refunds and Fulfillment of Service Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and responsive to your needs.

Refund Policy

Requesting a Refund:

  • If you need to cancel a service and seek a refund, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Refund requests should be submitted through your LivForr account under the 'Manage Bookings' section.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility:

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, we offer a 50% refund or the option to reschedule.

  • In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, we consider full refunds or rescheduling regardless of the cancellation time frame.

Provider Cancellations:

  • If a service provider cancels an appointment, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Fulfillment of Service

Service Confirmation:

  • Upon booking, Livforr will collect and keep a 25% deposit of the total price for the service and booking. Upon arriving and receiving your service you will pay the remaining amount to the service provider as you normally would. Upon Booking and Payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details of your appointment.

  • Reminder notifications will be sent prior to your appointment.

Service Quality:

  • We ensure that all LivForr providers are qualified and reliable. However, if your experience does not meet our standards of quality and care, please let us know.

  • Feedback can be submitted through the 'Feedback' section in your LivForr account.

Issue Resolution:

  • In the rare event that a service is not fulfilled as expected, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving the issue, be it through refunds, credit, or alternative arrangements.
